New Admission For All Classes

It is hereby informed that registration form will be available at School Office, for fresh admission for all classes I to VIII.
Admission to children of Defence personnel coming on transfer from out stations can be made any time during the year and they will not be denied for admission, subject, however to the stipulation laid down by the CBSE for various classes.

Admission Procedures
|
Children who are coming on pass/promoted TC from another Army Public Schools/Army Schools will be admitted without any admission test.
Children who are from non-Army School back grounds, an evaluation test will be taken. However such an evaluation test will not be treated as admission test and chold entitled admission will be allowed to attend classes within 48 hrs of reporting to the school.

Proof of Age
|
Following documents is to be attached alongwith the admission from toward proof of age of the students:-
(a) In case of Defence personnel, extract of their record of service, duly attested by their Commanding Officer, will be accepted
as a conclusive proof for age of their children.
(b) In case of civilians, Birth Cert obtained from Municipality, Military/Civil Hospitals and Gram Panchayat will also be
accepted.

Document Required for Registration/Admission
|
Following documents are required for authentication of date of birth of child for admission in:-
(a) Attested copy of Birth Cert obtained from Municipality, Gram Panchayat for admission in class – I.
(b) Part II order for Army/Navy/Air Force personnel wards for admission in class – I.
(c) TC, Mark sheet and copy of move order for admission in class – II and onwards.
(d) TC, Mark sheet, move order and registration card for admission in class- X and onwards.
